Reminder!
November Roof and Driveway Inspections
Dear Homeowners-
This is your first reminder that roof and driveway inspections will take place on November 10, 2025. If you have any questions as to whether your roof or driveway needs to be cleaned, you can reach out to Bob Lund, John Frugoli or any member of the ARC to double-check.
Let’s aim for no citations.

Fall Cleanup Time (Part 2)
To clarify as to when yard waste can be put out: no sooner than the day before pickup.** Keep in mind that the County will only pick up the equivalent of eight (8) 32-gallon containers, not to exceed 4 cubic yards per household per week. See the Volusia County Garbage Collection page for more details.
Again, please keep in mind that the storm drains should never be covered.
Thank you!
** Per our Rules and Regulations, page 24, Section VIIN, paragraph 2: “All yard waste is to be placed on the owner’s property at the street no sooner than the day before pickup or on the day of pickup.”

Fall Cleanup Time
It feels like fall (sort of). As our homeowners start their fall cleanups, the Board reminds everyone that yard waste may go out no sooner than Wednesday night. ** No yard waste should be curbside before Wednesday, the day prior to pick up.
Also if you have a landscape crew trimming palms, trees, hedges, they should haul it away as part of their job. It should not be piled up curbside.
One final reminder: please keep all yard waste OFF the storm drains; this will avoid clogging our drainage system. Your cooperation will help keep our neighborhood continuing to look great.
Thank you!
** Per our Rules and Regulations, Section N, paragraph 2: “All yard waste is to be placed on the owner’s property at the street no sooner than the day before pickup, or on the day of pickup.”
